Whether it be taking or teaching class, I always leave Amplifly feeling stronger and empowered! I was introduced to Amplifly when the studio opened in 2018, and I quickly fell in love with the rhythm-based cycle classes. I have a background in dance, so feeling the beat on a bike felt natural and was so much FUN! In my free time you can find me trying out all of the local coffee spots, reading by the pool, or snuggling with my sweet kitty, Nestle.
