LIFT
VOLUME N TONE
Volume N Tone will get you a "head to toe" toning workout in this freestyle format class. This full body workout is achieved through high repetition movement and bursts of cardio exercises.
TRX™
Press Play!!! This 60 minute total body workout is a fast-paced, high intensity Bootcamp style class designed to burn calories and tone muscles. Hitting every major muscle group and firing up your core, get ready to sweat with this total-body TRX Suspension Training workout, utilizing gravity and your bodyweight.
FLOW
YOGA
Our Amplifly Yoga classes are an all levels dynamic flow based yoga class. Moving from one posture to another, often to music, this class is designed to gain strength and flexibility, balanced with inspiring messages for your heart, body and soul.
BARRE
Our 30, 45 and 60 minute class formats are low impact, muscular endurance workouts that focus on high repetitions and small, isometric movements. Instructors will keep you motivated with their fun, upbeat playlists and have your muscles shaking and burning so you walk out of class feeling energized, toned and accomplished!!
PRANA PUMP™
Prana Pump is bold yoga. It incorporates High Intensity Intervakl Training (HIIT) and weight training with a foundational yoga practice.
PILATES BARRE FUSION
Our Pilates Barre Fusion class utilizes the principles of the Pilates method and includes high repetitions of small controlled movements and isometric holds. Add hand weights, balls, stretchy bands and upbeat music for an experience that will leave your whole body feeling toned and energized!!
