Hi Everyone! I am Tammy Wehri. I love teaching group fitness, cycling, personal training, traveling, coaching cheerleading and challenging myself and others! In my 21 years being a military spouse I have been lucky enough to have travelled and lived all over the world. I think my most memorable half marathon was in Marrakesh 6 months pregnant! If I am not at a cheer competition or a lacrosse tournament, you can find me with my husband and our 3 kids enjoying the beach, boats and surf in beautiful coastal Carolina!
